Where are we located?

We currently do not have a studio location. We can bring the studio to your location or studio session can be scheduled at an additional fee. 

If I'm late, will there be a charge?

Due to the sensitive nature of our schedule, after 15 minutes, the session will be canceled. 

How long does it take to receive my images?

Our new turn-around time is 72 hours.

How can I pay before and after my session?

All payments are accepted via Cash App, Zelle, or Cash. .

Does Kairos Media provide prints?

Currently, we do not offer prints.

What if I want more images than what is included in the package?

Each additional image outside of what is included in the package is $10 per image.

Can I get my deposit back if I have to cancel my session?

Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE

Can I bring my own props to my session?

You are always welcome to use your own props for your session. Please be mindful of using any prop that could damage backdrops.

Can I have more outfit changes than what is offered in my package?

If more wardrobe changes are desired, we can discuss it in our confirmation call or please give us a call at 410.900.374

What time should you arrive?

Clients may arrive 10 minutes prior to their scheduled session.

Can I get dressed at the studio?

Clients may get dressed at the studio(if studio session is booked), however it may affect the amount of time used taking pictures in the session booked. 

Can I have just one photo after my session?

Our new turn around-time is 72 hours.

How will I receive my images?

Once retouching and editing is finished, you will receive the images digitally through the email provided by the client.

What if it rains on the day of my outdoor shoot?

If it rains, we can reschedule to a time that fits both of our schedules.

How much is it to retouch additional images?

Each additional image outside of what is included in the package is $10 per image.

Can I bring people who are not taking pictures with me ?

Currently due to COVID-19 restrictions, we only allow 2 additional non-participants to accompany the model in a studio session.

What happens after I book my session?

Once a deposit is received by KAIROS, our team will reach out to confirm props, backdrop colors, and wardrobe colors.
